Okay, so today started a little rough. Didn't get out the bed in time which had me running late all morning long. Mid way through my morning I get an email from Aunt stating that she has been trying to get in touch with my mom for several days but she won't answer the phone.
I immediately pick up the phone to call and guess what...disconnected. Well, now I'm worried. it's been about a week since I last spoke to my mom, but that's our relationship. We aren't that mother/daughter couple that talk everyday, but when we do talk it's the quality of our talks. After work I drive over to her apartment. Only one light is on and no one is answering the door. I'm calling and sending emails using my phone while standing right outside of her building. I try several ways of getting in touch but nothing. There is a gate at the bottom of the stairs that leads to her to apartment, no door bell... What is going on?
So after an hour of walking around this building looking suspicious i'm sure, I drive home and sit in front of my computer and send another email letting my mom know that if I don't hear from her by tomorrow then I will be at her door with the police or fire department to break down her door. Guess what? The email bounces back...
This isn't good, because I have no way to get in touch with my mom. So I plan to go over there early tomorrow and hopefully locate my mommy. Wish me luck and keep my mom in your prayers!
